Washing modules - single or double lane - dimensioned for containers, crates, pallets (1200 x 800/1000 mm), trays and similar wash items.

 

Drying comes natural after cleaning to preserve the hygiene level just produced. Humidity is an agent for bacteria growth which we aim to eliminate.

 

Handling and conveying including for instance stacking, de-stacking, palletizing and de-palletizing is supplied along with the washer and dryer modules. As well is linking the installation to the logistics already in place with the customer.

Individual Sanitube modules range from 2 to 18 metres. Combined to meet customer requirements of wash cycle time, wash processes, filtration and drying Sanitube solutions range from 2 to more than 30 metres in total length.

 

Wash capacities range from just 50 items per hour and up to 10.000 items per hour in single or double lane washers with internal diameters of 1000 to 2000 mm. For the customer who has a certain amount of items to clean but at the same time is likely to meet demand for increased capacity at some future point in time the Sanitube is also the easy extendable choice of equipment. Additional modules are connected on site with no need for unnecessary down time before the extended installation is up running.

 

Sanitube incorporate the principle of blow drying. In terms of investment cost this principle is suitable for small as well as larger numbers of items to be dried and it is the running cost optimal alternative to drying with heat. Blow drying process time is shorter and therefore machine length is shorter and requirements towards space are less. Blow drying removes left over drops of wash water or detergent and leaves no dried in residue or stains from evaporation. As no chain is stronger than its weakest link Sanitube has chosen for a drying principle where drying impact factors are not linked. Drying modules are based on more blowers each individually fitted with air knives designed for the specific item to be dried. The plurality of blowers will guarantee you a setup where choice of drying principle will never in practice cause you to experience a total breakdown and stand still of your drying section making you unable to keep up an ongoing production. These are some of the reasons we recommend blow drying over other principles of evaporation or centrifuging.

 

Handling and conveying is supplied along with the washer and drying as well as linking the installation to the logistics already in place with the customer.
