To produce the hygienic - clean and dry - wash item we apply;

 

physical impact (re-circulated water at different pressure throughout the washing process) temperature detergent re-circulated air OR centrifugal force (when blow or spin drying newly washed crates) time

 

Normally time is money, but with Sanitube this important factor of a thorough cleaning process is not where your money goes. The Sanitube design principle and the use of large diameter tubes to provide length and thereby process time makes the cost of going “the extra mile” an acceptable one. Did you notice how we have taken the numerous welding hours and amounts of stainless steel out of producing additional wash cycle time in terms of metres of tunnel and tank?
